Pizza-making course at the Trattlerhof

At the Hotel Trattlerhof in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim we're training the pizzaiolos of the future! The pizza course by pizzaiolo Rocco teaches budding chefs to prepare their favourite meal from scratch while holidaying at the Trattlerhof & Chalets. Kids have loads of fun along with learning how to make pizza dough, design toppings and ensure the perfect firing temperature.

The popular pizza-making course at the Trattlers Einkehr takes place every Wednesday at 3.30pm for children aged 4 to 10. Once the creations have come out of the oven, our pizzaiolo invites all of the children to tuck in to this delightful Italian dish. An afternoon of fun, learning and delicious food is guaranteed. After the session, all the young master chefs are presented with a pizza-making certificate.
