Discover two true culinary classics at Trattlers Einkehr: our smoked beef brisket and the "BKK-sharing-plate" – authentic, regional and lovingly prepared.

  • Every Thursday from 5:30 pm: BBQ Evening with premium grilled specialties, a fresh salad & side dish buffet, and live music.

  • Sunday Classic: treat yourself every Sunday to our traditional wood-fired roast pork – perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. Served with sauerkraut, caraway beer gravy, warm bacon cabbage salad and bread dumplings. Available while stocks last.

  • Autumn-Highlight: Experience our "Winemakers on the mountain"event series from 19 September to 7 November 2026, as well as the"Fine dining eventings" from 18 September to 10 October 2026 - featuring carefully curated tasting menus created with regional producers and accompanied by selected wines from renowned winemakers.

Pizza-making course at the Trattlerhof

At the Hotel Trattlerhof in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim we're training the pizzaiolos of the future! The pizza course by our pizzaiolo teaches budding chefs to prepare their favourite meal from scratch while holidaying at the Trattlerhof & Chalets. Kids have loads of fun along with learning how to make pizza dough, design toppings and ensure the perfect firing temperature.

The popular pizza-making course at the Trattlers Einkehr takes place every Wednesday at 3 pm for children aged 4 to 10. Once the creations have come out of the oven, our pizzaiolo invites all of the children to tuck in to this delightful Italian dish. An afternoon of fun, learning and delicious food is guaranteed. After the session, all the young master chefs are presented with a pizza-making certificate.
