Discover two true culinary classics at Trattlers Einkehr: our smoked beef brisket and the "BKK-sharing-plate" – authentic, regional and lovingly prepared.

  • Every Thursday from 5:30 pm: BBQ Evening with premium grilled specialties, a fresh salad & side dish buffet, and live music.

  • Sunday Classic: treat yourself every Sunday to our traditional wood-fired roast pork – perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. Served with sauerkraut, caraway beer gravy, warm bacon cabbage salad and bread dumplings. Available while stocks last.

  • Autumn-Highlight: Experience our "Winemakers on the mountain"event series from 19 September to 7 November 2026, as well as the"Fine dining eventings" from 18 September to 10 October 2026 - featuring carefully curated tasting menus created with regional producers and accompanied by selected wines from renowned winemakers.

Pony farm

Right next to "Trattlers Einkehr", children's eyes will light up at the farm's own pony farm. The four ponies Nanook, Nagano, Elegance and Shakira look forward to lots of grooming and cuddling sessions and love to romp around the spacious course together with visitors and farm guests. The spacious pony farm enchants big and small horse lovers. True to the motto "the happiness of the earth lies on the back of the horses".

While you meet lots of new friends and learn all about ponies from our riding instructor, your parents can enjoy a culinary treat at Trattlers Einkehr.

In summer

Every Thursday* from 3.00 pm and Saturday, Sunday from 12.00 pm you can visit our pony farm. Goom the ponys, make hand-led rides and bake pony biscuits.

In the end you get a special pony book as goodbye present!

In the immediate vicinity of Trattlers Einkehr is the pony farm, where children and ponies have fun.

In winter

Trattlers pony farm for young and old, right next to our chalet restaurant Einkehr – you can enjoy many new experiences with our riding instructor and our 4 ponies. Try grooming the ponies, hand-led pony rides on the winter pony course with the pony seesaw or pony trekking – you’re sure to have a lot of fun!
